    Fescue offers an elevated dining experience, featuring upscale fare made from locally sourced ingredients, intimate indoor spaces and an unmatched selection of global wines.

Winemakers Dinner

A 6-course winemaker’s Dinner with Hidden Bench Estate Winery, one of Niagara’s most respected producers of terroir-driven Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

The evening opens at 5:30 PM with a reception followed by a 6:00 PM seated multi-course dinner crafted by Chef Jamie Huynh. Each dish has been designed with intention to highlight structure and balance elevating the dialogue between plate and glass.
