Osprey Valley Resorts is located within the Credit River Valley in picturesque Caledon, a rural residential conservation area just an hour's drive northwest of Toronto.

Caledon is part of a region also known as Headwaters Country, named for the four major river systems - the Nottawasaga, Credit, Humber and Grand Rivers - that find their source in the landscape of the Niagara Escarpment.
